- Artist Statement:
- After recently moving to the Savannah area
- I was drawn to the water and the beautiful coastal landscape. Flowers continue to inspire me, especially in the spring.
- My goal is to capture the essence of my subject by giving the viewer just enough information to spark their imagination.
- I want to draw the viewer in to participate in the painting, take a closer look, and experience the reason the artist was motivated to paint this particular painting.
