Artist Statement:
After recently moving to the Savannah area
I was drawn to the water and the beautiful coastal landscape. Flowers continue to inspire me, especially in the spring.
My goal is to capture the essence of my subject by giving the viewer just enough information to spark their imagination.
I want to draw the viewer in to participate in the painting, take a closer look, and experience the reason the artist was motivated to paint this particular painting.
